Chef Michael Millan is a Miami Johnson and Wales graduate with years of experience. His Cuban heritage brings a Latin authenticity that the Triad is lucky to have.

As well as having an extensive menu featuring our lunches, dinners and Sunday Brunches Rana Loca offers you the chance to be creative and put our chefs to the test, with your create your own menu served at lunch and weekdays. We also have a wide variety of traditional authentic beers, wines and spirits to complement any dish. As well as our famous sangria to finish off.
